Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Production Supervisor for its lawn and garden products facility. You will lead daily production, monitor key metrics, safety, cost controls, and ensure product quality and consistency while promoting a Safety is #1 culture.

In this role you will manage staff, assess performance, schedule operations, and direct activities across the plant to maintain efficient, safe output and strong results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience training employees: planning, assigning and directing work.
• Excellent multitasking, analytical and communication skills.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines, equipment, and tools, including design, use, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvements and maintain non-stop, safe production operations.
• Oversee inventory, labor, production efficiency and cost controls.
• Provide leadership, assess performance, schedule and direct operational activities to ensure quality.
• Ensure workplace safety by enforcing company standards and safety programs.
