Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced lawn and garden manufacturing facility. You will monitor daily metrics, ensure safety, manage production flow and materials costs while promoting a Safety is #1 culture.

You will direct staff, schedule work, assess performance and drive continuous improvements, focusing on quality, efficiency and cost controls across operations. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to train employees: planning, assigning and directing work.
• Excellent multitasking, analytical and communication abilities.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines, equipment, and tools, including design, use, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvement methods and ensure non-stop operations and ongoing production in a safe, effective and profitable manner.
• Manage inventory, labor, production efficiency and cost controls.
• Provide leadership to staff, assess performance, schedule and direct all operational activities to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure workplace safety through implementation and enforcement of company standards and safety programs.
