• Troubleshoot production issues and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Provide hiring, promotion, and disciplinary recommendations, plus performance feedback for direct reports.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to production problems and manage downtime planning.

Position Summary
The Production Supervisor leads daily operations in a complex machining environment, ensuring safety, quality, volume, and cost goals are met. This role manages workflow, enforces procedures, drives process improvements, and oversees team performance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues and scheduling maintenance to minimize downtime. A background in project management is highly desirable, as the role involves leading cross-functional process improvements and driving timeline-driven initiatives
Provides hiring, promotion, and disciplinary recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. Ensures all safety procedures are followed and metrics achieved. Investigates, troubleshoots, and provides solutions to production problems. Aids in planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance or downtime to minimize disruption to manufacturing schedules.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 4:00pm
