Ventura Foods in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee workflow at our facility, focusing on production goals, quality, safety, people leadership, engagement and cost objectives. The supervisor acts as the link between the area team and management, coaching employees and guiding shifts.

The role requires 3–5 years as a front line supervisor in manufacturing, with knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years as front line supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing facilities and knowledge of GMP's, HACCP, and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production workflow and monitor performance to meet OEE targets.
• Provide coaching, set direction, conduct performance reviews and training.
• On‑floor engagement to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Plan and delegate tasks to optimize manpower and equipment.
• Ensure product specs meet standards and address quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and provide shift handover.
