Job summary

Ventura Foods in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a Line Operator, Break Relief on the first shift to ensure quality product is produced to meet customer expectations. You will load lids and containers on the line, open boxes, place product into cases, monitor dates and appearance, and follow all Food Safety policies including SQF, GMP, FSMA and preventive controls.

Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent, and you must be physically capable of performing the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Individual must be able to physically perform tasks required of position.

Responsibilities

• Load empty lids and containers on line.
• Open flat corrugated box and place product into case.
• Monitor code dates and product appearance.
• Follow Food Safety policies, procedures and regulatory criterion including SQF, GMP, FSMA and Preventive Controls.
