Workforce Solutions is partnering with a family-owned manufacturer in Madison, WI to hire a hands-on Production Manager. You will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality, and team performance while owning the full production process from planning to execution.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in production/operations, knowledge of ERP systems, and a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, business, or related field.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor production processes and adjust workflows for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to meet specs and quality.
• Lead and develop production staff, including hiring and training.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare reports on production performance for leadership.
