Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the leads and outfitters on the production line, ensuring a steady flow of supplies and that equipment stays functional while safety standards are followed. This role demands a hands-on leader who drives performance and maintains a calm, professional presence on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Leads and Outfitters with an aim for high performance.
• Assists with interviews and onboarding process for new hires.
• Conducts annual performance reviews.
• Ensures safety and compliance standards are upheld throughout the plant.
• Monitors and prioritizes workflow of production to meet deadlines.
• Provides direction and schedules to the outfitters in the department.
• Maintains daily attendance tracking, reporting, and scheduling to fill in the gaps for absent outfitters on the line.
• Performs daily safety walk/audits.
• Ensures quality standards are withheld throughout the plant.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
