Job summary

SIGMA in Lawton, OK is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise and direct production employees, monitor equipment performance, and perform related plant maintenance. The ideal candidate has a HS Diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of production and 1 year of leadership experience; familiarity with HACCP/SSOPs is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of production experience or leadership/production mix.
• 1 year of leadership experience or relevant Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities and coordinate workers in processing and development of products or services.
• Coordinate work schedules, staffing, and production sequences to maximize productivity; may recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate performance, and manage promotions/transfers.
• Maintain inventory records and requisition supplies to meet delivery schedules; evaluate materials to uphold standards.
