Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Batesville, IN to lead daily manufacturing operations for fabricated components, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high quality to meet customer delivery requirements.

You will supervise 30–60 associates, develop schedules, improve methods via 6S/Lean, and support NPD/TCO initiatives while maintaining a safe, compliant production environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of similar job related experience
• Reading charts and production schedules
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Bronze Certification (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations and train equipment operators
• Direct and coordinate production/processing of fabricated components
• Address quality issues and employee relations promptly
• Read production schedules and reports to determine requirements
• Plan work schedules and prioritize workflow to meet daily targets
