Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor, Plating, in Batesville, AR, to lead daily plating and wastewater treatment, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production.

You will mentor employees, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will work closely with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other functions to achieve operational excellence and sustain performance in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including supervision of hourly staff.
• Associate degree in Business or Engineering (Bachelor preferred).
• Knowledge of production scheduling, safety, quality systems, Lean Daily Management, and 6S.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible daily supervision on the production floor and set priorities.
• Coach and develop employees, communicate expectations, and apply corrective actions.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and sequences to meet daily requirements while managing overtime.
• Lead safety, quality, and housekeeping, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning to drive improvements.
