Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor, Plating, in Batesville, IN. You will lead daily plating and wastewater operations, provide frontline leadership, develop staff, and drive safety, quality, delivery and cost goals across cross-functional teams.

You will supervise, coach, train, and manage staffing while ensuring compliance with environmental permits and company GPS standards. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in plating, chemical-processing, wastewater or other regulated processes preferred.
• Strong communication and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible daily supervision on the production floor and set priorities.
• Coach, train, and develop assigned employees; apply corrective action when required.
• Plan staffing and production sequences to meet daily requirements.
• Lead Lean Daily Management and drive operational excellence.
• Partner with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and others to resolve issues.
