• Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with 4+ years in manufacturing or production, or an alternate combination per the job posting.
• 2+ years of management or supervisor experience preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Must be flexible to work any shift.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production unit or line to transform parts into ABB products on time and cost-effectively.
• Ensure production plans meet demand, volume, and inventory service levels.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance production performance.
• Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
• Prepare and monitor annual production budget within scope of operations.
