Job summary

ABB Richmond seeks a Test Supervisor to lead a production unit, transforming parts into ABB products on schedule and within quality and safety standards. You will organize resources, monitor line performance, and ensure efficient daily operations onsite in Richmond, VA.

You will manage scheduling to meet demand, propose equipment and facility improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field with manufacturing context preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience; equivalent combinations allowed.
• Associate degree with 5+ years or High School Diploma with 7+ years acceptable.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or electrical environment is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team within a unit to execute processes efficiently.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with demand plan and inventory service levels.
• Identify deficiencies, propose improvements, and drive actions.
• Resolve critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
