Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead a team to improve quality, safety, efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Schedule production for the department and meet requirements.
• Coordinate schedules with other departments.
• Supervise up to 30 hourly production employees.
• Adjust workforce based on workload.
• Troubleshoot and solve production problems.
• Evaluate and improve production efficiency.
• Follow company policies on safety, quality, productivity and discipline.
• Occasional extended hours and weekends; drive Lean initiatives.
