• Meet cost, quality and service targets as detailed on Plant Leadership Scorecards.
• Lead, develop staff to create a high-performance team.
• Develop and implement cost-saving projects to improve efficiency.
• Engage with network peers to promote service and cost improvements as a team.
• Execute talent management strategy to improve organizational capacity and capability.
• Ensure the Health and Welfare of our associates.
• Evaluate and interpret daily production reports to observe trends.
• Maintain production line balance and situational awareness.
• Understand AS400 to interpret and implement daily production schedule and fill in for scheduling when needed.
• Work with temporary agencies to ensure efficient use of this resource.
• Be an active member of the MRP group to achieve 100% order fill.
• Ensure safety and corrective actions follow FE SOPs.
