Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of project management experience, able to work independently on complex tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and empower an hourly team to produce world-class products.
• Lead daily workflow to achieve quality, safety, and productivity targets.
• Coach standardized work and verify process adherence for safe, smooth operations.
• Set high performance expectations and drive the team to exceed goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with hourly team members, union stewards, and management partners.
• Demonstrate professionalism and steady leadership in demanding situations.
• Listen to team members and partners to support open communication.
• Support continuous improvement on the line with a customer-first mindset.
• Enforce workplace policies and promote a safety culture.
• Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) consistently.
