Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–7+ years of supervisory or manufacturing experience, ability to work rotating shifts, and knowledge of PLC logic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is a plus.
