Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Valdosta, GA. The role centers on maintaining a safe, efficient operation while meeting quality and productivity goals.

You will coach and develop a team of 10–20, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to optimize processes. Minimum 5+ years in industrial supervision required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a team in industrial manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety & environmental compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a 10–20 person production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Promote a safe plant culture and enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Coach, develop and assess team members; conduct quarterly and annual reviews.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory accuracy and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
