Novolex is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a large production team in Kentucky. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals while developing the workforce and enforcing company policies.

You will supervise 70+ employees, track production performance and costs, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or Business.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience, including ≥2 years in supervision.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations within the production department to meet targets, safety, and quality.
• Supervise a team of 70+ employees, including salaried and hourly staff.
• Schedule, track, and monitor production performance and costs.
• Manage hiring, training, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Implement best practices and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Complete and maintain timely, accurate reports on key metrics.
• Provide performance feedback and communicate results up and down the line.
• Develop and lead safety awareness programs and conduct investigations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
