Job summary

Spectrum Control, Inc. in State College, PA, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, assign resources, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You’ll collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure schedules are executed and processes are compliant.

You will also develop employees, foster continuous improvement, and maintain a collaborative, high-performing environment on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical, process-driven, or manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate production activities, prioritize resources, and respond to changing manufacturing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and prioritize daily production activities and employee assignments based on schedules and resources.
• Monitor production performance and adjust staffing, priorities, and schedules to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Ensure employees follow work instructions, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain capability.
• Track production progress and communicate schedule status to Operations leadership and cross-functional partners.
