Spectrum Control Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift in State College. The role covers kiln and post-kiln operations, inspecting products, and following daily work specifications on the production floor.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year in production/manufacturing, plus basic reading. We offer competitive wages, PTO, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of production/manufacturing experience.
• Basic reading and comprehension.
• Ability to tolerate working with ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for flaws using a microscope and report to supervisor.
• Follow work specifications and set up daily tasks.
• Track and input work order moves and output into the production system.
• Work around ceramics, solvents, dust, and liquid/solid metals.
• Assist in training new operators and maintain a clean, safe area.
