Cerro Flow Products LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a hands-on Lane One Production Supervisor in Sauget, IL. You’ll lead the Lane One team on daily production, safety, and quality, organizing schedules, materials, and personnel to hit targets.

You’ll train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with other shifts to keep the line running smoothly. With 2+ years in a supervision role, you’ll bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Hands-on leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read micrometers and a tape measure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate all work on the Lane One production line to meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Implement production schedules and allocate manpower and equipment as needed.
• Plan staffing levels and organize material flow to ensure smooth operation.
• Supervise and train staff, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Supervises hourly employees, maintains log of shift operations. Prepares daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports.
