Cerro Flow Products, LLC is hiring a Training & Development Coordinator for our Sauget, Illinois facility. You will design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs to keep our workforce safe, capable, and compliant.

This role owns the training calendar and coordinates onboarding across departments. You will develop content, administer the LMS, track completion of mandatory training, and partner with leadership to address skill gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Three or more years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related HR function.
