Cerro Flow Products, LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Training & Development Coordinator to design and deliver programs that keep our workforce compliant and capable. You will own the Sauget facility training calendar and partner with departments to ensure a consistent onboarding experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in training or L&D, preferably in manufacturing, with strong facilitation, LMS administration, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Three+ years in training, learning and development or related HR function.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience administering a learning management system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs across operations and administrative functions.
• Own training calendar and onboarding process for the Sauget facility.
• Create content, job aids, and standard work documents with SMEs.
• Track training completion, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and support audits and leadership with insights.
• Coordinate external trainers and manage vendor relationships.
