Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a manufacturing partner within TD SYNNEX, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the second shift in Olive Branch, MS. The role leads a department with multiple direct reports and ensures ISO-compliant, cost-effective production while coordinating schedules and resources.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of manufacturing or semiconductor experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Email.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift—2 or more direct reports.
• Oversees ISO-compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures; develops schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
• Works on problems of moderate scope and exercises judgment within defined procedures to determine action.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups; provides direct supervision to professional or skilled employees.
