We’re representing a respected manufacturer in Ann Arbor who is looking for an experienced and capable Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the molding floor. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and knows their way around an injection molding setup.

The Role:

You’ll be leading the shift from the front - working with operators, mold techs, and setup staff to make sure everything runs smoothly, quality stays high, and deadlines are hit. You’ll be expected to jump in where needed, solve problems on the fly, and keep the team motivated.

Core Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day molding operations and personnel on your shift.
• Work closely with mold setters and technicians.
• Address issues with equipment, process, or staffing as they come up.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the shift.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and shifts.
• Keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.
