Qualifications

• 3+ years trainer experience required.
• 5+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience in computerized MRP system; MS Dynamics AX preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office and FileMaker Pro.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line department across shifts and ensure pass downs and materials.
• Review production schedules to meet deadlines and budget.
• Enforce policies, procedures and other documentation for consistency and compliance.
• Recommend improvements to production processes and equipment.
• Coach and develop employees; manage performance and safety.
• Backup operator duties as needed and ensure SOP compliance.
• Work with procurement and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Review work orders for accuracy before closing.
