Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly (written and verbal) in English.
• Experience in mixing and working with chemicals is a plus.
• Ability to convert weight and length units (inches to mm, pounds to grams).
• Follow written and verbal instructions for machine operation.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Strong math skills and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance and control tasks in materials and parts manufacturing.
• Follow written directions and operate equipment as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain completeness and accuracy of all work in their area.
• Participate in skills-matrix evaluations every six months.
