TE Connectivity is seeking a Supervisor I Production for the 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm) in Wilsonville, Oregon. You will supervise planning, setup and execution of routine production streams, ensuring safety and product quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or local equivalent.
• 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to achieve team results aligned with business objectives.
• Demonstrated problem solving in manufacturing operations.
• Experience using Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; PLM and SAP ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the planning, scheduling, setup, and running of routine and production streams.
• Meet customer expectations for shipping to schedule.
• Meet product cost goals and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Complete leader standard work to ensure processes are on standard or improved.
