As a member of the operations team, the production supervisor will oversee manufacturing personnel and operations, ensuring that quality, safety, productivity, schedule, and delivery goals are met daily. They will ensure production employees have the necessary training, tools, and equipment to perform quality work within scheduled timeframes.
