PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
WENTZVILLE, MO – LEAR PLANT
The production supervisor will oversee manufacturing personnel and operations, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, schedule, and delivery goals are met daily. They will also ensure that production employees have the necessary training, tools, and equipment to perform their jobs effectively within designated timeframes.
