Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Enforce quality and safety standards across the operation.
• Oversee equipment operation and participate in maintenance decisions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce policies.
• Monitor daily productivity and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate 5S and daily team meetings; manage cost and waste.

Our Role: The Production Supervisor is an essential role within our medical supplies (or kitting) division. As a key front-line leader for the facility in Columbus, GA responsibilities will include delivering results by communicating job expectations, production planning, monitoring, and appraising. Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as needed. Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures to the company standards. All three shifts available.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures quality service by influencing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; participates in evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Ensures a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
