BioTouch, a leading provider in medical logistics, seeks an Inventory Specialist to build and maintain the Customer Supplied Materials lockup in a secured, temperature-controlled warehouse. The role is onsite at our Columbus facility, focusing on picking, staging, and cycling counts to support production schedules.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service, and train 1–2 associates while using barcode scanners and WMS for

Qualifications

• Experience with Inventory Control in a warehouse environment.
• Familiar with cycle counts in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30-50 pounds regularly.
• Proficient with barcode scanning and WMS; knowledge of shipping regulations.
• Experience in fast-paced logistics, distribution, or medical device environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, organize, and maintain the Customer Supplied Materials storage area with accurate inventory.
• Pick, stage, and replenish materials for work orders to support production schedules.
• Perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Utilize barcode scanners and WMS to record transactions and material movement.
• Train and support associates in the customer-supplied inventory area and ensure 5S compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment following company policies.
