Job summary

BioTouch is a single-source, international provider for medical kitting and logistics. The Distribution Supervisor oversees outbound shipments, inventory, a team of pickers and shippers, training, scheduling, accuracy, SOP compliance, and day-to-day operations at our large Columbus, GA facility on a 2nd shift (4pm-12am).

The role emphasizes assigning daily tasks, prioritizing orders, tracking metrics, reducing errors, and coaching staff to uphold high performance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Min 6 months of related experience.
• Must pass background and drug check.

Simply put, we are doing our part in the healthcare specialty logistics arena!

The Role

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of all outbound shipments which includes monitoring inventory, managing a team of pickers and shippers, training, scheduling, ensuring accuracy, process improvement, SOP compliance and assisting in day to day operations as needed. This position will be located at one of our largest medical kit facilities in Columbus, GA. Monday through Friday, on 2nd shift, 4pm-12pm.
