Job summary

BioTouch is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a frontline team in our Columbus, GA facility. You will drive production planning, monitor performance, and coach staff to meet targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include staff development, enforcing company policies, and coordinating with cell leads to optimize productivity across multiple shifts. The role requires strong organizational skills and hands-on leadership on all three shifts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising teams or crews.
• Ability to coach and discipline employees as needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and general PC use.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production goals for kits are met and quality is maintained.
• Lead staff through coaching, performance reviews, and training.
• Plan production activities and monitor day-to-day operations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness according to company policies.
• Coordinate with leads to optimize workflow and processes.
• Manage cell leads and support Level 2 tasks when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Role

The Production Supervisor is an essential role within our medical supplies (or kitting) division. As a key front-line leader for the facility in Columbus, GA responsibilities will include delivering results by communicating job expectations, production planning, monitoring, and appraising. Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as needed. Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures to the company standards. All three shifts available.

• Participates in staff development by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
• Ensures quality service by influencing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; participates in evaluating new equipment and techniques.
