Job summary

BioTouch is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee outbound shipments, inventory monitoring, and a team of pickers and shippers at our Columbus, GA facility. The role includes training, scheduling, ensuring accuracy, and SOP compliance on a 2nd shift (4pm-12am), Monday through Friday.

The candidate will lead daily operations, track shipments and performance metrics, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Min 6 months of related experience.
• Background and drug check required.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize orders for distribution.
• Track department metrics such as number of shipments, accuracy and pick/ship times.

The Role

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of all outbound shipments which includes monitoring inventory, managing a team of pickers and shippers, training, scheduling, ensuring accuracy, process improvement, SOP compliance and assisting in day to day operations as needed. This position will be located at one of our largest medical kit facilities in Columbus, GA. Monday through Friday, on 2nd shift, 4pm-12pm.
