Job summary

Arc, headquartered in the Los Angeles area, is seeking a Supervisor, Production to lead one of our most technically demanding production organizations. You will own safety, quality, delivery, and productivity for battery, electrical systems, and mechanical subassemblies while coaching technicians on high‑voltage systems and related builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Prior experience in leading a team or a project.
• Willingness to get hands on with build projects as needed.
• Ability to be flexible and get creative to keep complex projects moving forward.
• Active role that requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, delivery and productivity of the Battery, Electrical Systems, and Mechanical subassemblies manufacturing area.
• Lead and coach production technicians responsible for battery packs, high‑voltage systems, harnessing, motors, and electromechanical subassemblies.
• Execute the daily production plan by balancing labor and ensuring material, tooling, and engineering support is in place to meet schedule.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve first‑pass yield and reliability.
• Improve assembly processes, tooling, workstation layouts, and standard work to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Lead engineering changes, process updates, and new product introductions with minimal production disruption.
