Job summary

Arc, based in Los Angeles, seeks an Electromechanical Team Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced marine‑manufacturing environment. You will guide technicians, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to translate concepts into actionable work instructions.

You will mentor staff to achieve high throughput while maintaining first-pass quality, supporting continuous improvement and new product introductions in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electromechanical assembly, integration, or manufacturing experience in high-volume production.
• Experience leading or mentoring technicians in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Experience troubleshooting low- and high-voltage electrical systems and CAN communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership for a team of Electromechanical Technicians to meet production objectives.
• Mentor, train, and coach technicians to develop proficiency and a culture of safety and quality.
• Champion safety by enforcing PPE, safe work practices, and electrical safety.
• Partner with Manufacturing/Design/Quality/Test to translate engineering intent into work instructions.
