Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor Heat Treatment in Alcoa, TN to lead a manufacturing crew focused on safety, quality and productivity. You will coach hourly operators, manage shift execution on a 12-hour, 2/3/3/2 rotation, and drive lean problem-solving through daily Gemba and 90-day A3s.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, at least one year of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, and the ability to work day or night shifts as needed.

• Drive continuous improvement by leading shift meetings, facilitating Root Cause Analysis, and developing and executing 90-day problem solving A3's.

Our client, a manufacturing operations team is seeking a Production Supervisor - Heat Treatment to join their team. As a Production Supervisor , you will be part of the Heat Treatment area. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to lead and coach hourly teams, and the drive to improve quality and productivity through lean problem-solving.

Job Title: Production Supervisor Heat Treatment

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $32.00 - $35.00 p/h

Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern; must be able to work days or nights; weekend work required every other weekend on the 2/3/3/2 pattern

What's the Job?
