Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for an industrial manufacturing client in Alcoa, TN. The role leads the maintenance department, supervising electrical and mechanical craft and supporting production teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, strong coaching skills, and a drive to improve plant operations. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a 12-hour shift schedule on a 2/3/3/2 pattern.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
• 12-hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern, including days or nights as assigned by business need.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and mechanical craft and production employees within the department.
• Provide technical maintenance support to meet department goals.
• Coordinate repairs with customers to minimize downtime and follow up on equipment issues.
• Deliver troubleshooting to identify maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.

As a Industria l Maintenance Team Leader, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting maintenance and production teams. Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $32.00 - $35.00

Shift: 12 hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern (days or nights; must be able to work either based on business need). Weekend work required: every other weekend on the 2/3/3/2 pattern.

What's the Job?

• Supervise electrical craft, mechanical craft, and production employees within the department, serving as a maintenance guidance resource.
• Provide technical maintenance support for assigned areas, executing planned and unplanned work to meet department goals.
• Coordinate repairs with customers to help ensure minimal equipment downtime and follow up on equipment issues.
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.
• Provide on-call response to remedy critical maintenance situations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern, including days or nights as assigned by business need.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (verification required at hire). Visa sponsorship is not available.
