Production Crew Lead - $32/hr

Express Employment is currently in search of Production Crew Leader to join in a Heat Treatment Department based in Alcoa, Tennessee.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with responsibility for safety, housekeeping, quality and production on a shift for an assigned area of the plant. This includes environmental health & safety (EHS), employee motivation, training, equipment needs, employee scheduling, continuous improvement and productivity issues. May also provide process direction and prioritization to craft employees to resolve equipment issues. This position requires the ability to work a variety of shifts and schedules; examples include off-shift schedules and 12-hour shifts.

Schedule and Pay

• Employment type — Temp-to-Perm
• Shift time/working hours. 12 hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern. Must be able to work days or nights. Weekend work required? Yes, every other weekend on the 2/3/3/2 pattern.
