ABOUT THE JOB

• Understand and follow all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.


• Supervise and develop all production operation personnel.


• Monitor all processes and equipment to ensure the optimum level of productivity and efficiency.


• Work with other departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.


• Must complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have the ability to read, write, interpret documents and problem solve. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have basic computer skills. Preferred to have a minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience.
