• Ability to train and develop new team members to standard work and on team specific job functions.
• Responsible for a clean and orderly work area.
• Responsible for inventory control in the teamwork area

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Must a driver and self-motivated
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
• Must have ability to develop relationships with team and lead them through day-to-day activities
• Must be able to read blueprints, electrical schematics, work orders, BOMs, and other documents.
• Must have above average communication skills.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be familiar with ERP system usage.
• Must be able to operate various hand tools, including air tools, etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. unassisted / 50 + lbs. assisted.
• Must complete the Career Readiness Certification (or proof of an associate’s degree)
  
  

Training Curriculum

• All Team Leaders will be required to attend and complete training and development including but not limited to Basic Manufacturing Skills course (or equivalent) and team leader development programs.
  
  

About You

• High School education or GED equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Two years manufacturing experience required
