Team Leader

What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role, you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shift according to the production plan
• You will set expectations, monitor performance and provide coaching and corrective action to employees, and provide training and continual development for the team
• Further, you will prepare shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings
• You will function as a “working Team Leader” by filling voids on the production team as needed
• Also, you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist employees in consistently achieving their specific goal(s)
• You will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipment, including escalating repairs and concerns
  
  

What Makes You Great

• A High School Diploma / GED is required and 7-years’ related experience, and at least 3-years in a leadership position
• You need effective oral/written communication skills
• You must have basic computer and math skills
• Further you must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
