Job summary

The role focuses on the current week, applying performance tools to drive rapid improvements and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. You will lead a manufacturing shift, manage resources, and train new employees while maintaining strong adherence to standard work practices and company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing/supervisory role.
• Experience supervising hourly associates and coordinating production teams.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, Six Sigma, and Lean principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing systems (SAP, CONA, Kronos, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to meet quality, safety, and production targets.
• Monitor production output and report performance trends with improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensure safe equipment use and schedule maintenance.
• Plan resources and coordinate quick resolutions to production disruptions.
• Train new employees on safety procedures and standard work practices.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to staff.
• Maintain staffing plans and organize workflow assignments.
