FastTek Global in Missouri is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee production staff, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and implement scheduling and process improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, evaluating performance, and ensuring adherence to production targets. A strong background in manufacturing processes, materials handling, and team leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years experience required. Technical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
