Qualifications

• Heavy Mechanical and Fabrication background experience with pumps and motors.
• Must read and interpret P&ID and engineering assembly drawings.
• Must be able to perform shop math.
• 7-10 years technical experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 8+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations to ensure completion of projects within budget.
• Coordinate planning and execution of assembly activities.
• Plan and implement product production lines.
• Hire, train, and appraise staff effectively.
• Maintain safety and quality work environment.
