We are hiring an Operations Supervisor for our client which is a mission-first clinical nutrition company producing personalized meal programs from their production facility in the East Bay. Built around a “Food Is Medicine” philosophy and supported by clinical research, it uses high-quality ingredients, accommodates strict dietary standards, and ships meals in reusable glass packaging. As it expands its precision-nutrition capabilities, they are investing in its menu, facility, team, and guest experience to raise the standard for thoughtful, science-led meal delivery.

They are hiring a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead daily production and fulfillment at their 12,000-square-foot Concord, CA facility. This is a floor-based leadership role for someone who thrives in high-volume, high-accountability environments and wants to help build the next generation of a mission-driven food operation.

You will lead shift execution across portioning, plating, pick-and-pack, cold-chain packaging, dispatch, reusable-packaging recovery, food safety, staffing, and process improvement.

You will ensure every meal is accurate, on time, and delivered to the highest quality standard—while improving throughput, reducing waste, and developing a strong, cross-trained team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in high-volume food production, meal delivery, CPG, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, including at least 1–2 years leading teams. You bring strong GMP, food-safety, and sanitation knowledge; a precision mindset; and the willingness to stay close to the work.

This is an on-site role in Concord, five days per week, with physical requirements including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in refrigerated environments.

Compensation is $75,000–$95,000, depending on experience, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage, company created meals at HQ, and a clear path toward Operations Manager as the company grows.
