Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Production Supervisor for a full-time role at the Ochsner Medical St Anne site in Raceland, LA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with emphasis on quality control, safety, and efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include setting up production, assigning duties to associates, ensuring proper storage and handling, maintaining cleanliness, and supervising the team in the absence of the Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
