Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Production Supervisor at CHRISTUS Health Highland Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. This full-time role runs Friday through Tuesday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with pay range $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Two years of supervisory and kitchen/production experience are required. You will set up and maintain food production and quality control, assign duties, ensure proper storage, and keep areas clean.

• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
